What is the opportunity? 

As part of the Member Experience Division, the Digital Experience and Communication Services branch is responsible for ensuring digital services and member communications align with the corporation's approach to omni-channel service delivery. The branch provides member-centric communication support and seminar development to the pension plan members, their employers, and the general public. Services include member research, writing, editing, visual communications, photography, video, and the production and distribution of printed materials and mass digital communications.

The Service Experience Manager will lead and advocate on behalf of BC Pension Corporation's Member Experience teams to improve all service channels available to members. This position will work with representatives across the organization to understand, design, and champion member service experiences and coordinate efforts to promote these channels to members and stakeholders.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field of study;
  • A minimum of three years of direct program coordination and service promotion experience in a complex, multiple service-channel environment (phone, print, and online/digital services);
  • Experience with campaign development, management and copy writing;
  • Experience developing new and growing existing marketing and promotional channels to a wide range of service consumers; and
  • Experience facilitating business discussions to develop clear user and project requirements.
